NOW AVAILABLE!!

We sell Red Wattle and American Guinea Hog pork by USDA individual cuts, by the side or whole.  Please email us for current availability and prices on individual cuts.

Pasture raised  Red Wattle sides are available monthly. They are priced per pound of hanging weight with the purchaser to pay for the processing charge, cut/wrap and any smoking/curing.  We will deliver the live animal to our USDA processor in Mt Angel where you will need to pick up the meat when it is ready to go.  Other arrangements may be made to take the animals to a facility of your choice or custom processing here on the farm.  Please call to discuss the options and restrictions.  We do not allow people who are not professional butchers to kill/process animals on our farm so please don't ask.  We highly respect our animals and think they should only be harvested by professionals in a humane way.  If you want to cut/wrap your own meat, you can do that but you will still need to pay for the harvest fee. Please call or email for current pricing.

We normally like to take the animals to around 300 pounds live weight which results in sides weighing between 115 - 140 per side but smaller animals are available upon request.  Just remember that the smaller the animal, the less marbling the meat will have.  We do sell a limited number of BBQ hogs in the spring and summer for large gatherings. Early reservations are needed along with a deposit to reserve a hog for your special event.

Pork from pasture raised American Guinea Hogs is also available by the side or whole  and individual USDA cuts but availability is very limited so please contact us now to reserve your side or whole Guinea Hog.  Due to their small size the American Guinea hog is ideal for those who want to cut/wrap their own meat in their home kitchens. The hanging weight on an American Guinea Hog will range from around 75lbs to 150 lbs for a whole carcass.

* All sales are subject to product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Please call or email to confirm pricing/availability.

** Prices do not include shipping and handling charges. We deliver USDA cuts weekly on Tuesdays to Portland and Salem.  Pick up is also available in Dallas, Oregon  and by special arrangements delivery to other areas in the Willamette Valley.
